About this game
Compliance falls, resistance climbs, drive comes and goes. You hold the vent settings and the patient does not hold still. A management sim where the resource being managed is somebody’s gas exchange.
What you will practice
- Set and adjust lung-protective parameters as mechanics drift
- Read plateau and driving pressure as they change
- Balance oxygenation against the harm of the settings that achieve it
